Two-letter codes on LG washers are a starting point. The same letters can differ slightly by chassis, so always pair the code with the model number.

Note the exact letters, the model sticker inside the door, and whether water is still in the drum. Then open the matching error-code page rather than mixing every code into one internet rumour.
