Are you an official LG service centre?
No. Unless the administrator has explicitly recorded authorised status in site settings, this website is independent. LG trademarks belong to LG Electronics.
Do you repair every LG model?
We work on common household LG appliances. Commercial units, very new unreleased models, or appliances with discontinued parts may be declined after the model number is checked.
Is troubleshooting on this site a substitute for a technician?
No. Guides help you identify simple causes and stay safe. Electrical, sealed-system and microwave high-voltage work needs a qualified person.
How do I book a visit in Pakistan?
Use Book a service, include city/area, appliance and a phone number we can reach. We only confirm visits in cities listed under Service areas.
Will you quote a price before visiting?
Diagnostic charges and likely parts can be discussed after we know the model and symptom. We do not publish a fake nationwide price list.
Do you ship spare parts?
Physical product shipping is not offered unless the administrator enables the shipping policy and states otherwise. Most work is on-site service.
