These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LG Service Center Lahore (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Service Availability

  • We provide services only within Lahore, Pakistan.

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.


2. Inspection & Service Charges

  • Diagnostic/inspection charges may apply even if you do not proceed with the repair.

  • Final service charges depend on the appliance issue, labor, and cost of spare parts.

  • Payment must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.


3. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts for repairs.

  • Any warranty provided applies only to the replaced part, not the entire appliance.

  • Warranty becomes void if the appliance is tampered with by another technician or mishandled after our repair.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate details about the appliance issue and ensure safe access for our technician.

  • Ensure the appliance is in a safe environment and free from hazards during the repair.


5. Limitations of Service

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing faults, electrical issues, or mishandling of the appliance.

  • Repair duration may vary based on issue complexity and availability of spare parts.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We take maximum care during repair, but we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, data loss, or business interruption caused during or after servicing.

  • Customers should remove personal items from the appliance before repair.


7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by informing us at least 3 hours before the visit.

  • Cancellation after the technician has been dispatched may incur a visiting or transportation charge.


8. Privacy & Data Use

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for communication and service purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
