The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager – State, Local and Education. This role would ideally be based in our CENTRAL REGION. The National Sales Manager will lead a team of IT and Audio Visual Education Business Development Professionals who will develop & manage major target K-12 and higher education accounts throughout the United States. You will be responsible for cultivating and executing the go-to-market strategy, defining action plans to be carried out by the business development managers to grow the business, retention and earnings for the education vertical business, supporting and cultivating profitable new business growth in the education market, and playing a key role in the marketing strategy to gather voice of customer, retain new influencers from customer base, and obtain new revenue from industry end user engagements. This is a Home Office based role.
- Develop solution sales strategies to expand the LG Electronics Business Solutions market share within a set of target accounts in k-12 and higher education
- Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on large accounts and related business activities for current and prospective accounts
- Coach business development managers create a business plan in territory to create focused efforts on a specific set of existing and NET NEW K-12 and higher education end users and contract vehicles for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets
- Monitor business development manager’s account performance and report back to leadership
- Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting
- Train and coach BDMs to manage pipeline and provide regular and timely observation of pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting
- Train and coach BDMs to achieve forecast accuracy and align with Product Management
- Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth
- Ensure each BDM is meticulous and development and management of their customer database within Salesforce, and complete call reports in Salesforce.com for all calls, meetings, and task follow up on a daily basis
- Collaborate with internal product marketing on all aspects of strategy, planning, developing, executing and communicating roadmaps that will grow the business at the account
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the market in order to provide account market analytics with actionable intelligence to sales management on a regular basis
- Customer facing professional at industry and account events industry and account events that builds on the brand reputation and provides expert education to deepen existing relationships
- Provide brand and product knowledge through formal and informal product training, review of product, expand offerings, plan effective forecasts, and support the delivery of product
- Collaboration with outside business development team and provides a resource to support sales
- Manage schedule and handle administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales Team
- Must be able to instill and demonstrate a strong acquisition mindset
- Travel approximately 35-50%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required in a technical subject or equivalent work experience, MBA Preferred
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in working with end users in the K-12 and higher education verticals
- Prior experience in a team leadership capacity preferred
- Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L
- Experience in IT and AV Technologies, such as; Interactive Displays, Large format displays, Small format displays, collaboration technologies, curriculum software, digital signage content
- Strong understanding of education key decision makers, key influencers, contracts, specialty resellers, and technology trends
- Experience with State, Local, and Education contracts and requests for proposal encouraged
- Significant sales engagement experience in selling at end user level
- Ability to foster great relationships with end users and the specialty education channel partners that sell to the target end users
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation skills – both written and verbal
- Strong data analysis and research capabilities that can be employed in a variety of effective communication methods to team members, US leadership and HQ leadership
- A demonstrated history of active listening, adaptability and creativity to help coach team members how to problem solve
- Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proven technical skills and customer facing sales capabilities
- Daily and weekly experience utilizing and presenting in all MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager National Solutions Provider (NSP). The NSP sales professional will develop & manage major named accounts to develop and expand end user market segment with the support of designated NSP Account Managers. You will be responsible for developing and managing current accounts, cultivating market segment, qualifying & closing major sales opportunities.
This is a national position with up to 70% Travel. The role is home office based in any metro area with close proximity to an airport.
This role will focus on key deliverables in the following areas:
Leadership & Team Management

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, track key KPIs, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities to adjust strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with LG’s marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize NSP engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and sales enablement programs.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams for pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
Training & Enablement
- Ensure the NSP sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge, competitive insights, and sales tools.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members for professional growth and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology, consumer electronics, or IT industries.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Prior experience managing NSPs, channel partners, or large enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

The Opportunity

The Regional Sales Engineer is key to the success of the Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) business in the United States.? - Leading independent LG representatives in the marketplace to meeting their growth and share goals.
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring a target list of key design engineers, contractors, architects, and owner developers within the assigned territory and driving the independent representatives to appropriate coverage.
- Personally selling LG VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) products independently and in conjunction with local representation.
- Providing ongoing training and education of Reps. and customers regarding VRF technology and LG advantages
- Working with customers to lay out projects with LG as basis of design utilizing our LATS design program
- Assisting customers in energy consumption modeling for LG VRF versus competitive VRF and versus competitive traditional HVAC designs
- Tracking the status of projects bid, following up with Reps. to close and insuring SOPS accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer calling on consulting engineers and contractors in the HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment design and application required, VRF and LEED certifications are desired.
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S.
- Willingness to pursue and attend additional training related to performance of job
- Motivated and Self-Starter, able to work independently from remote locations.

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating a strategy to develop and/or support wholesale distribution targets in the Northeast U.S. Specifically, Connecticut, Western Massachusetts. This includes the development of key relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and local industry association staff throughout the territory. You will also be working with the Distribution Manager and our distributor partners in the areas of sales, marketing, advertising, and training. In addition, you will participate in industry events and associations, and other duties related to the sale of our products as needed. You will be able to relate and communicate at multiple levels of the HVAC distribution channel and contractor business. The ideal candidate should be based out of assigned territory. This role is a home office-based role with proximity to a hub Airport for travel purposes.
- Manage the identification, recruitment and continued development of the LG Pro Dealer program.
- Utilize your presentation skills to facilitate training for contractors, distributors, and various trade personnel.
- Support the sales plan in the assigned territory through execution of KPI’s related to contractor development, distributor support and sales.
- Create sales plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets.
- Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting.
- Provide regular and timely observation of pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting.
- Support product forecast accuracy and align with Product Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree +5 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
- Experience leading and managing manufacturer rep. firms, distributor territory managers.
- Proficient at time management and managing multi-state territory.
- Familiarity within the HVAC industry with preferred experience in residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units, wholesale channels and dealer networks.
- Strong relationship building, outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
- Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication skills effectively when interacting with a diverse background of people.
- Apply intermediate PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products. to complete daily activities.

Summary
Responsible for the health benefits data, costs, and analysis to contribute to department's decision on development of health benefits. Manages employees' health benefit eligibilities. Responsibilities
- Applies different rates and calculation methods for each component to create invoice and analytical report
- Completes insurance cost simulation or renewal census first, if requested
- Capable of improving format and content of invoice and monthly reports after reviewing with part leader
- Ensures employees get their benefits properly based on their eligibilities
- Organizes health insurance invoices and employee eligibility that contributes to insurance costs
- Manages health invoices for LG employees in United States and Korea (U.S. employees only)
- Develops method of auditing data to build higher accuracy on health invoice data and improves details and accessibility of reports
- Proposes new reports and audit methods for improvements in invoicing system to department
- Determines eligibility of employees and applies various equations and rates to the health invoices and establish analytical reports for upper management
- Ensures the accuracy of health invoices and reviews and develops the reports to improve team's understanding

The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic Customer Service team as Field Service Technician (DMST) located in the Annapolis, MD area.
*All candidates must be able to work coverage in the Annapolis, and Pasadena, MD metro areas.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while servicing our products in the home.
Our full line technicians diagnose and repair all major appliances, TVs and A/C units, manage inventory and perform a number of other administrative tasks on a daily basis. Our technicians are the face of LG and will be expected to represent the company with the professionalism our customers have come to expect.
Responsibilities:
- Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance
- Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG
- Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances
- Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts
- Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job
- Pre-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problem prior to arriving at customer's home
- Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management, OT %)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred)
- Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products)
- Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment
- Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification
- Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds

Summary
LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. is currently recruiting for a Senior Tax Analyst to join its North America Tax Team based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This position will primarily be responsible for management reporting of LG’s operations and tax results in the United States, Mexico and Canada, and will also support the North America tax compliance and research functions. This position will involve frequent interaction with tax, finance and other business unit colleagues and Senior Management in the North America region as well as Headquarters in Korea.
Responsibilities
Management Reporting:
- Preparing tax issue updates and participating in presentations to the Headquarters Tax Team.
- Preparing issue agendas and participating in North America Tax Team meetings.
- Preparing corporate income tax payment schedules and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintaining tax risk management reports.
- Preparing business results packages and participating in presentations to Senior Management.
- Updating tax audit history reports.
- Preparing major tax items reports and presenting them to the Headquarters Tax Team when necessary.
- Gathering and updating information related to the Company’s subsidiaries.
