1. Service Appointments & Repairs

  • Booking: Service appointments are confirmed via phone/email. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Diagnosis Fees: A standard diagnostic fee may apply if no repair is undertaken.
  • Parts & Labor: Repair costs include parts (genuine/OEM) and labor. Prices will be communicated upfront.

3. Warranty & Guarantees

  • Repair Warranty: 90-day warranty on labor and replaced parts (excludes misuse or unauthorized repairs).
  • Original Warranty: Our services do not void the manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours prior to avoid fees.
  • Refunds: Applicable only if payment is made in advance and service is canceled by us.

5. Website Use

  • Content: All website content (logos, text, images) is our intellectual property.
  • Prohibited: Scraping data, spamming, or unauthorized commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damages due to improper use post-repair.
  • Third-party parts installed without our approval.
  • Acts beyond our control (natural disasters, power surges).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in Lahore courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
